Immediate stock ships in 2–3 business days. Pre-orders and special/custom orders take 2–3 weeks. Custom orders are only made through DMs, not the website.

How do I complete a pre-order or special order?

To place a pre-order or special order, please send us a DM with the item you wish to order. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. After 2–3 weeks, once your item is ready, you’ll be notified to pay the remaining 50% before shipping or pickup.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for custom orders or special orders. If you purchase an immediate stock item, you may try it on before completing payment to the courier. Once the courier leaves, no refunds or exchanges can be processed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing payment.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is in stock, it will be available for immediate purchase on our website. If it’s a pre-order or special order item, it will be clearly labeled as such, and you can place your order with a deposit. For pre-orders or special orders, you will also receive an update once we’ve processed your 50% deposit, and we’ll send you a final confirmation once your item is ready to ship or is available for pick-up.

Can I cancel my pre-order or special order?

Once a pre-order or special order has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid, cancellations are not accepted as the items are specifically ordered just for you. If you are unsure about your order, please contact us before placing the deposit. For immediate items, cancellations can be made as long as the item has not yet been dispatched.
